The house is a 3 bedroom solid brick sitting on a 700 square metre block. The backyard is large and has a sheltered seating area under a verandah. There's a large fence at the front and parking area behind a roller door which can fit 3 cars comfortably and securely. The windows have roller shutters for additional security and to keep the heat out on hot days. The house has ceiling fans, heating and air-conditioning but wish for it to be used responsibly and respectfully as all bills are included in the rent.
The location is perfect wheather you need reasonably quick access to get to the city or anywhere around the north eastern suburbs. Bus stop is directly in front of the house which takes you to the city and two large shopping centres close by.
