Gradding Homes Refund Policy

Gradding Homes is committed to providing fair and transparent services to all our tenants. Below is a detailed refund policy applicable to all stays booked through our platform:

Security Deposit Refund

• The security deposit will be refunded after the successful completion of the tenancy period.
• Deductions may apply in cases such as:
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Unpaid rent or utility bills.
• Contract breaches or violations.
• If the tenant terminates the agreement before completing the minimum required stay, the security deposit is non-refundable.
• Tenants who have cleared all dues and caused no damage may request to adjust the deposit against the last month's rent.

Advance Rent Payment Refund (Cashback Tenants)

• Tenants paying rent 3 or 6 months in advance are eligible for cashback.
• However, no cashback or refund will be granted if the agreement is terminated early.
• If a tenant has already received cashback and leaves before completing the agreed period:
• The cashback amount will be deducted from the advance rent paid.
• Any violation of the rental agreement (e.g., subletting, property damage) will void cashback and refund eligibility.

Referral Bonus & Incentive Refund Policy

• A referral bonus is granted only when the referred tenant stays for at least 3 months.
• If the referred tenant leaves early:
• The referrer forfeits the bonus, and no payment will be made.

Right to Deny Refunds for Payment Breaches

• All rent payments must be made through the official Gradding Homes platform.
• Payments made through external methods will lead to:
• Immediate cancellation of service benefits (e.g., cashback, job assistance, rental guarantees).
• No refunds will be processed under these conditions.

Refund Process & Timeline

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days from the end of the tenancy.
• Tenants must:
• Clear all outstanding dues.
• Follow the proper checkout and handover process to avoid delays.

Additional Notes

• Any dispute regarding refunds will be resolved as per the terms mentioned in the tenancy agreement.
• Gradding Homes reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, with prior notice to tenants.
