This then goes towards your first month's rent which will be due just before you move in.It is also required a security deposit of GBP500 once the booking is registered with the landlord. The payment of the rent can be done on 3 different ways: - Pay in full: paid in August or prior arrival if the check-in is after August) – Termly: 10% of your rent is taken in August (or if booked in/after August) then prior to arrival, followed by 30% in October, 30% in January and 30% in April. – Monthly: 10% of your rent is taken in August (or if booked in/after August) then prior to arrival, followed by 10% each month until the balance of your rent is cleared. We recommend you arrange a direct debit for your rental payments. If you do then it is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary funds in your account on the date the direct debit will trawl. If you choose to not arrange a direct debit then it is your responsibility to ensure your rent is paid on time at each instalment date.
