Located in a vibrant neighborhood, our house offers a double room for rent. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, side table, and built-in wardrobe. We are seeking a single occupant to join our household, as couples are not accepted due to occupancy limits. The house features a shared living room, spacious kitchen, back garden with a BBQ area, and a driveway for up to 3 cars. Currently, the house is home to 3 Romanians and 2 Polish individuals, along with two resident cats named Tia and Emma.
