Kist Accommodates presents.. Nick’s Place, a spacious 2 bedroom maisonette located in the heart of Harrogate. Uniquely styled, it has everything you need for a short stay, whether for business or pleasure.

Once you have parked your vehicle in the allocated parking space, you enter the property from the rear directly into the Kitchen.

The Kitchen has a built in fridge, oven and dishwasher along with the usual kitchen appliances you would expect to find such as kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. There will be sufficient tea, coffee, sugar and milk to help you settle in after a long journey.

As you walk through the Kitchen and into the Hallway, you will see the first bedroom to your left.

The spacious Master Bedroom has a king size bed which can be separated into two single beds if required (guests must give sufficient notice to facilitate this).

Next to the Master Bedroom you will find the Sitting Area which houses two large comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a small dining table with seating for 4 people.

Back into the hallway you will find stairs leading down to the lower floor and the second bedroom.

The second bedroom has two single beds, its own private entrance and leather sofa.

Next to the second bedroom you will find the utility room which contains the washing machine, dryer and chest freezer.
