Welcome to our lovely home in Heavitree! We are offering a 6-week sublet for a double room in our spacious house. The house is more than just a houseshare; it's a welcoming home where we enjoy spending time together. Half of us are veggie/vegan, so we prefer a meat-free kitchen. The rent is £460 per month, all bills included. The house features a full kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, two shared bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a charming garden. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household of working professionals who value sociability and creating a comfortable living environment.

Living Space

The available double room is located on the second floor, facing the back of the property. It comes fully furnished for your convenience. The house has recently been refreshed with new carpets and a fresh coat of paint. Shared spaces include a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and two shared bathrooms. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing and socializing with housemates.

Neighborhood

Situated in Heavitree, our home is conveniently located near Polsloe train station, making commuting a breeze. You'll find plenty of charity shops, cozy pubs, and beautiful green parks in the vicinity. The town center is just a 20-minute walk away, or you can hop on a bus right outside the front door for a quick 5-minute ride. Electric bike stations are also nearby for easy transportation options. On-street parking is available with a permit, or you can park on a nearby street without permits just a 10-minute walk away.

Our location offers excellent connectivity to key areas such as universities, shopping centers, and the city center. Polsloe train station is within walking distance, and there are bus stops right outside the house for convenient transportation.
