Rates are valid from 7th September 2024 until 30th August 2025 but are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Minimum stay 4
weeks. Minimum age 18. Stays must begin and end on Saturday or Sunday. A per-person refundable deposit applies. A non-refundable booking fee of £25 per person applies. Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks plus booking fee. No refund for curtailment of stay after arrival or no show. Change fee for bookings already confirmed, £25 per change. Images are representative. Proof of student status may be required.

A modern hall of residence, only 15 minutes from central London by public transport and conveniently located just 6 minutes walk from Lewisham DLR and mainline train stations, and Elverson Road DLR station. There is a mix of shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The residence offers apartments with 3 single bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms contain a ¾ double storage bed, wardrobe and desk/chair, with access to a fully equipped kitchen with living/dining area.

Facilities include free access to the well-equipped, on-site gym. There are extensive communal areas which include a games room, study spaces, TV snug, and roof terrace. There is also an on-site laundry, secure 24/7 access and bicycle storage.
