Azalia Apartment is a first floor apartment and is brand new making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Having been completed in August 2024, you will be one of the first to stay, so everything is pristine and clean. With free on-site parking and with EV charger you can relax from the moment you arrive.

We also own downstairs, so if you have a group of 7 or 8, we can easily accommodate of the other apartment is not let for your dates.

The apartment is also close to East Midlands Airport, Jct 25 M1 and Nottingham city centre.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a fridge freezer and a microwave. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed - we can add a single if required. The second bedroom contains 2 singles or a king bed. There is one bathroom. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

A pleasant garden with a clothes line and large garden table and seating means you can relax during your stay.
