Perfect for a young professional who isn't a party animal.
I have lived here for over 6 years It is a Quiet neighbourhood, Beautiful surroundings; and It is only myself living in the house with the cat ( 36yr old female) I am very busy, sporty, arty , so you will feel like you have the house to yourself a lot of the time (spare room for guests or storage)
A place to relax after a busy day at work and unwind in the garden.
Ozzy the (outdoor) cat is a friendly (chatty) addition. One bathroom and one toilet,

I will be in the UK June-September ( I am walking the length of the country) , Ideally the person who moves in will cover most of the rent when I am away ( full house $500) I would pay a portion so I can keep all my belongings in the house until my return ( The cat) whilst I am away
current items in the room include an ikea bed ( you will probably wnat to buy a better bed) fitted wardrobes, I have a smart 55' TV but its not connected as I dont watch it, ( you can put this in your room if you like)

Fantastic location:
Close to Murdoch uni and the hospital
In between Garden City as well as the River ; only 15mins from Perth city
no wifi as I just use data from my phone

Please note that if you love background noise and like to play music all the time or watch hours of TV or play computer games in the common areas, this may not be the house for you :) I like quiet as much as possible.

I usually have an art work on the go that I am working on outside under the carport. There is a lot of my belongings and art all around the house, If this doesn't bother you then happy days :)
I do not drink or take drugs, so not looking for a party animal to live at the house
