The house is bright at the front and back with the communal spaces having a good sense of being open. The large veranda provides the best place to sit, entertain or just spend time in the house but there is also an inside living area.
There is a carport and lots of on street parking. There is plenty of storage space under the house

There are 4 bedrooms in total. Depending on the total occupancy the weekly rent will vary
There is a large central bedroom and a medium room at the front of the house (shown with some stored furniture).

The conditions of the real-estate firmly express non-smokers.

Location-
The house is in a quiet area of the quiet suburb of Ashgrove (We've had many gatherings, but I think loud and late parties would upset the neighbours...)
The area is very green and the property backs onto a parkland, it is also within walking distance to 2 other public sports fields.

Looking for-
People either as professionals or postgraduate student/researcher, 30-45. Someone who is interested in the world around them. Essentially, people who are engaged, calm, clean and sociable.
The lease renews in January there tends to be only small increase in the rent. I hope to continue the lease as long as possible- this plan may benefit longer term intentions to stay for others.
Again- tenants must be a non-smokers.

Transport-
Direct public transport near the house is limited, Ashgrove has good access to CBD. Nearest train station is Newmarket (8min).
