Hey, I’m Kelly 👋 - hoping to find a housemate who wants to make this their home too and have a good living compatibility together. Generally looking for someone late 20s to late 30s, unfortunately no couples or full time students.

This is a great apartment which is really well located for all the conveniences of the city! You'll have the ensuite room and the apartment is laid out nicely so you can get your alone time but also hang and socialise in the living areas. I’ve fully furnished the apartment and the room which includes a set of bedding, 2 towels, bath mat, bedside table, desk and chair, plus the room has built in wardrobes.

Rent cost includes internet and water, street parking is available you just need to request a permit from the council for $15. Electricity is billed monthly and we split that cost because it fluctuates with use and seasons etc.
