About the Property

Well-lit and comfy bedroom available in an Art Deco flat in Kingsford. This is a peaceful 2-bedroom with 1 bathroom house with a lot of charm and character. The kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated. There is a communal courtyard and laundry area (each flat has its own machine) - it is rarely busy as it's a quiet block of 8 flats.

Looking for a kind, lovely and politically progressive room mate. Multicultural and LGBTQIA+ friendly. This is not a party home but you're welcome to have a couple of guests over for a quiet hang.

- 25 minute walk or 10 min bus ride to UNSW.
- <10 mins drive to Mahon Pool (my favourite place!), cool cafes in Rosebery/Alexandria, and Kingsford shops for heaps of delicious restaurants and takeaway options.
- Well connected by public transport (buses and light rail).
- 10 minute walk to Eastlakes shopping centre for all your grocery needs.
- Lots of street parking available

Rental rate includes all bills and unlimited wifi. Bedroom can be furnished with a double bed if needed. Partners / occasional guests are welcome to stay over but if this is a regular occurence, an extra contribution to the bills is necessary.

I'd love to have a pet in the house, but this would be subject to strata approval. There is a small courtyard but no pet door.
