On a 787sqm (approx) block with a 515sqm build home has it all! From over-sized living rooms, state of the art fixtures, a modern floor plan and a large back garden and swimming pool for a nice bbq with friends. The high raked ceilings and large feature windows throughout the home as is the polished heated concrete floors throughout and the designer kitchen.

- Room 1 large room with with queen size bed, bedside table, walk-in wardrobe and built-in desk and chair. Furnished $480/week including estimated bills.
- Room 2 large room with queen size bed, bedside table, wardrobe, built-in desk and chair. Furnished $460/week including estimated bills.
- Estimated bills include furnished rooms/living room/kitchen etc, water, gas, electricity, internet wifi, professional cleaners every 2 weeks, fridge/washing machine, all kitchen equipment. Gardening will be looked after by my husband.
- You have access to all part of the house except for the other bedrooms.
- We will have no more than 4 primary occupiers + 1 kid in the house.
- We provide 2 fridges, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher to share between 4 of us.
- 3 mins walk to nearest bus stop on Stirling Highway and 7 mins walk to the nearest supermarket.
- Street parking available if you have a car.
