Alas, my lovely housemate Annie has taken an academic job in Adelaide and I must now find another housemate.
This room is available, and potentially I could swap to this room if someone is interested in the master bedroom with ensuite, but that would require you to pay more. The master bedroom is big enough to accomodate a couple.
This room is currently furnished.
Our townhouse offer snuggles from the guinea pigs and cats, a veggie garden, a cosy living space, and is close to the city and the tram. We are 4 minute walk to the tram.
The townhouse is "fancy" as a visiting 3 year old remarked and offers split A/C units in each room ("fancy").
You would have a single spot in the garage for a vehicle.
This room is furnished with a double bed, has built in robes, 2 bedside tables, and a chest of drawers.
This room has a shared bathroom 5 nights a fortnight with a school aged child, the other 9 nights a fortnight it would not be shared with anyone.
There is a water closet downstairs.
Bills (Gas, Electricity, Internet) are included
