This massive room is on the top level of a 4 level house. It comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, ample storage (chests of drawers, Ikea storage cubes, small built in wardrobe, additional hanging rack), large desk and chair, bookshelf, smart TV & single recliner chair. It has a small balcony with a leafy outlook and filtered water views. The room also has a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit.

The third level hosts a bathroom (which will be shared at some point with another female flat mate), a bedroom and study/sitting room (which will be for the other flat mate). On this level there is also a fridge/freezer) which you are welcome to use for convenience if desired (it's located in the garage).

The second level contains the kitchen, dining and living area, laundry and also an office which my husband and I share. There is a 2nd toilet on this level available for your use.

The lower level contains our private bedroom and ensuite.

The house is located around 5 minutes' walk from Wollstonecraft Station and bus stop, and 20 minute walk to Crows Nest.

There is unrestricted parking on the street in front of the residence
