The house is fully furnished with brand new furniture and offers a lovely conservatory and a sunny garden for your enjoyment. Situated in NG6, the property is conveniently located near 2 tram stops within a 3-6 minute walk, as well as a bus route that provides excellent links to the city center and all over Nottingham. All bills are included in the rent, and we provide a new mattress protector, pillows, duvet, and bedding set for the room. Female students and working professionals are preferred as flatmates.
