Y Suites on Moore is a purpose-built student accommodation; therefore, we can only accommodate residents with valid student status. Your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)/Letter of Offer must be issued by local schools in Australia rather than from overseas institutions and the validity can cover the entire lease period. We welcome couples to stay with us in Studio Premium (both must hold valid student status).
