Our spacious homes at Bread & Butter Collective are ideal for groups of friends seeking a whole house or individuals looking for a single room in a house share while still enjoying some personal space. We offer a variety of single-sex and mixed houses tailored for undergraduate or postgraduate students, as well as young professionals. Rent includes a bills-inclusive package covering gas, electricity, water, and high-speed internet. Please note that non-full-time students may incur a supplement for council tax. Rosebarn Park, our development of homes, provides a unique living experience for students and young professionals, offering individual front doors and private or shared gardens for a perfect blend of privacy and community living.

Each bedroom in our homes features a double bed, ample storage, study space, and blackout blinds for optimal comfort and relaxation. Kitchens are equipped with dishwashers, washing machines, and tumble dryers, eliminating the need to share laundry facilities with other residents. Parking is free and readily available at Rosebarn, and a bus stop outside the site offers convenient access to campus and town.
