Hi I am taking expressions of interest in renting an exclusive area of my home. The area comprises of a large living area for which has its own built in kitchen hub. In addition, a private bathroom, laundry and toilet. Further a separate bedroom with double bed suite. The area is closed off to the rest of the house, liken to a granny flat only under the same roof.
All this in the exclusive suburb of champion lakes, with its cycle and walkway surround, and only 20 minutes up Tonkin to the airport.
The front of home has a veranda, which is great for that sit-down with a coffee.
I seek a Non-smoker, working single, working couple, FIFO, a person who likes keeping to their self is what I am looking for.
