Own bathroom (ensuite) in a large master bedroom with walk in robe in a stylish modern townhouse. There are 3 tenants in the house all with private rooms and own bathrooms so privacy is excellent for a share house. The large open plan kitchen, living and outdoor space has plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, we have an espresso coffee machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dryer. Internet is available at an extra cost. Fully air conditioned with solar panels that help with electricity costs. The place is very well set up, just move yourself in. The master bedroom does not come furnished. The current lease is until mid August and are looking for someone to sign on for the next 12 months as well.
