I’m heading to Europe and looking for someone to sublet my room while I’m away

The room is about 3m x 3m, will be unfurnished, and comes with a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom.

All common areas are fully equipped and furnished.

Move-in date is flexible, and the lease runs until August 26th. There’s also a garage spot available for an extra $10 per week. Bills not included but only bills are electricity (approx $60-70 per month per person) internet ($26 per month per person and water (approx $15 per month per person)
