Breaking lease- Master bedroom with ensuite and balcony access with city and hills view.

The room itself is quite large and has heaps of cupboard space with full length mirrors. The ensuite connects off your room with a huge bathtub and a 3 person waterfall shower. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with a nurse however, she is hardly ever home due to her work schedule.

House is 3 stories and very spacious, even when everyone manages to be home at the same time!

Walking distance to Kmart, Woolworths, Coles, restaurants, bars etc.

Ideally looking for someone who has furniture and appliances they can bring along as I will be taking mostly everything with me. Not a deal breaker if you don’t, you will all just need to have a chat about sourcing some together.
