The 5 bedroom house is very spacious with 2 x study’s, 2 living spaces, 2 outdoor entertaining areas and a small backyard. Currently only looking to rent out 2 of the 4 spare rooms to not overcrowd.

House is mostly furnished, including the upstairs balcony, living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry. The downstairs patio, office and living space are unfurnished and I am happy for you to both do as you please with filling that space.

Location - we are in a lovely quiet backstreet of Mitchelton, 800m to the gaythrone train station, close to local cafes, only 1.2km away from brookside shopping center and Brook hotel.

Looking for housemates who are chill, tidy, friendly and happy to share cleaning and garden duties.
